We met the elder Thomas Fox a few years ago (I was still in high school) and he has since passed on. His son, also Tom, taught at the local high school for many years...I imagine he has retired now. Perhaps I will try to reach him. Thanks Bill. Hope Colombia is fun and productive for you. Rita
Cool about the passport. I will ask them about it sometime. Ella's birth certificate was stolen too when my mom's house got robbed a few years ago.
Just called young Tom and he happened to be home. He said Ella and Elder Tom were not twins. He confirmed that Tom was born in 1894 in Tipperary county and he is not sure about Ella. Not sure if she is younger or older.
He agreed that the Fox's and the Fogarty's are definitely related but he can't remember how. :)
We are going to meet up in Dec when I come home. In my excitement I forgot to ask if you could speak with him but he's super nice and I mentioned you a few times and your work on the family so I don't think he'll mind.
He says he has never had a DNA test.
